 hey yo fellow friends, i got done with school early because my class went on a field trip to the zoo. i loved it. we saw zebras, giraffes, lions, monkeys, and snakes. i didn't like the snakes though. i always think they are going to escape their boxes/cages they are in. the monkeys were my favorite though. we even got to feed them, it was so much fun. when i got home, my parents sat my siblings and i down on the couch and they talked about the surprise trip that i mentioned a little while back. my mom explained that we are leaving in one week from today. i am so excited. all we know that it is somewhere warm, it is a long flight, and we will be gone for over a month. i am hoping it is either australia or the galapagos island. i make not have wifi when traveling, so this may be one of my last posts before leaving. we will see though hope all is well

 GUYS I THINK KAREN IS GETTING TO ME. I haven't been dreaming at all lately. Let alone sleeping. I read her posts before bed sometimes and I think her being an anti dreamer is making me become one. Yesterday, a patient came into my office to share their recent dream with me. Please note that I have permission to share this. My patient was in the waiting room at the clinic, and while she was waiting, she dozed off into a daydream. Monkeys were coming down the hall and checking into appointments. They were walking and talking like humans, but they were in the body of a human. As my patient described this to me, she paused to tell me that she never thought this was utterly wild, just a little weird. Once the nurse called her name, she said everything had disappeared, and life was back to normal.           Have you ever had a wild daydream?  

 hi friends, i haven't had any bad dreams in a while, but last night i did. my scary dreams usually consist of monsters in the closet or under my bed, but this dream was different. my brother and i were playing on the playground at my school. we were playing hide and seek with another group of guys and my brother was the finder. he found one guy first and then found me second, but when he found me, we all turned into sharks. we all were swimming fast on the ground, eating everything up. i woke up in fear and couldn't sleep the rest of the night. hope yall are sleeping well

   I've been having the same dream on repeat. Ever since my husband left, I don't know what to think. How to feel. Where I even belong. Every day I wake up feeling numb. I feel as though I’m just going through the motions. I’ve been having the same vivid dream over and over and over and it this point I’m going crazy. I dream I’m in a field by myself. All of a sudden, the whole field starts on fire, getting closer and closer to me. I wake up in a cold sweat, barely able to breath and on the verge of an anxiety attack. I’m getting less and less sleep. I can’t take it anymore.

            Hello sweet friends! It has been a little while since I have shared what has been going on in my personal life. Recently, I was approached by a group of young people who are fascinated with dreams and dreaming, and they asked if I would like to join their private group. Initially, I was going to take part in this group only part-time, but I have found so much joy that I decided to join full time. As mentioned in an earlier posting, I am a licensed psychologist with a private practice located downtown, Winona. After entering the private dreaming group, I have changed my practice focus, not I assist clients in interpreting and dissecting their dreams. So far, I have loved being a part of this new group. Hey Everyone! Sorry I've been a little MIA. I've had a little trouble with some events that have happened in my life. Wish I could get into details, but I've been told to keep quiet! So Instead here's a crazy dream that I have had recently: It again showed similarities between this affirmation that I read before bed. That and the crazy couple weeks that I have had had to have taken part in this dream.      It all started in the basement of some public building. I was wandering the dimly lit halls, lights flickering as if the lightbulb itself was about to explode. As I approached the end of the hallway, I noticed that the door at the end was open ajar. It was almost like I had been here already. A voice called out to me: "Welcome Lyra...We've been waiting for your return..."     I stopped in my tracks. Have I been here before?  hello friends, it has been a little bit, but i am still here. school has been going well. i have about a month and a half left of kindergarten and then am officially a first grader which is SOOOO crazy. i will miss nap time and story time the most. recently i talked about how my parents are trying us to eat healthier after our mexico trip and it actually has been pretty easy and going well. my mom makes me a caesar salad everyday and OMG it is amazing. i don't miss the cheetos anymore, just my veggies. i couple weeks ago i started playing hockey and i love it. my dad says i am pretty good at skating and takes me to the rink every week to skate. this upcoming weekend we are going to the wild game with my dad and brother. we have seats on the glass and am so excited to see all the wild players. the last couple nights i have been having dreams about life just being so perfect and this morning my parents sat my siblings done on the couch and said they are planning a big surprise trip.

 Last night I had a very realistic dream. I was in my car at the busiest stoplights in town. To mine and everyone else's surprise, the front end of my car started on fire. I immediately got out and took a step back to see what happened. Next thing I know, this firefighter walks up and sprays the hose on my fire. He then said "okay, you're good to go", so I awkwardly got in my car and left... then I woke up. Very odd! I hope this remains a dream, but who knows. My car has a tendency of costing me a fortune. 

In my dream last night, my friend and I recently moved to California. We loved it there... only some of the people are kind of weird. Some of them had... animal parts. We saw this one girl who had a dorsal fin on her back. Another man had a dog tail that would wag every so often. We even saw a baby with a beak instead of a mouth... it was far too concerning so we went back to our apartment only to look in the mirror and see we TOO now had animal ears and horns growing on us... I then woke up. Moral of the story, don't move to California. 

 hi friends, another pinterest affirmation dream.  since im 5 years old, i don't really care about why i eat. i love juice boxes, chips, candy. all the junk food. its my favorite. don't get me wrong i love fruit and salads, but something about junk food hits different. last night i was having cheetos and raspberries before bed and my mom told me she's not buying junk food for a while since we ate a lot of it on our trip to mexico. i got sad because i love me some good puffy cheetos. when i went to bed i kept having dreams that i lived in cheetos world and if i said no and didn't eat any of it, i got paid $1000. i lost my mind. i kept running around in hopes i could escape this cheetos land, but i couldn't. i eventually woke up because a cheetos monster was chasing me. he wanted me toeat a whole bowl, but i said no and sprinted away. when i woke up from my dream, there was a bowl of cheetos sitting on my night stand, so i ate them. don't tell my mom. cheetos for

  Hello Readers!     I have recently developed and obsession with Pinterest, and wanted to share a crazy thing that happened recently! Here's the affirmation that I found last night before I went to:     My dream for this post started off almost like a normal day for me. I took my normal morning walk around the downtown area before I began my studies for the day. Then all of the sudden, Trees and flowers started levitating. Even park benches and street lamps. It was almost as if the world was falling apart and breaking around me. But that's just it. Where I was standing was perfectly fine. Nothing wrong with it. If I moved, everything I was next to turned back to normal, or at least came back down to the ground. I saw a figure of pure discord causing all of the chaos. He turned to me as if to cause chaos around me, but couldn't. He then spoke to me  "I cannot control you, I can only let go. You control yourself. Let me go Lyra. Let me go..." And then I woke up.             Recently, I have been obsessed with Pinterest. My patients have been enjoying affirmations, so I have tried to do it myself. Tonight, before bed, I found this one; it said, “I am a magnet of miracles.” Honestly, it seemed a little odd but cool at the same time. A few minutes after viewing it, I fell asleep.           I was in the middle of a big city, I am not sure which one, but I was in the center of town, and people were everywhere. It felt like I was at a standstill, unable to move my body. To my right, a little girl got out of her wheelchair and started running and skipping.  In the distance, a family was jumping for joy as their mother had just become cancer-free. On my left, a handsome man was proposing to the love of his life. Meanwhile, I was in the center of it all, unable to move, emotionless. It was almost like I was not even there at all.      Yesterday I was browsing through Pinterest just before I went to sleep.  I came across this affirmation pin that stated, “I am creating the life of my dreams.”  A few minutes after reading the pin, I fell asleep.  In my dream, I was living the “life of my dreams,” and honestly, it wasn’t magical.           I was in a dark old cottage on a gloomy street in the middle of nowhere.  The world felt extra sad.  My house felt sad. I wasn't sure why. What was the matter? I walked out of my bedroom and into the hallway. Everything was black and white except for a large pool of deep red blood streaking down the hallway. I immediately remember screaming at the top of my lungs. Honestly, I was expecting something to wake up or come out after my scream. Nothing moved; there was not a sound. I carefully walked down the hallway and into the family room, I found my husband on the floor, and blood was spewing out of his chest. He was cold and very dead.  hi friends, so i have had a wiggly tooth for about 2 weeks now and last night when my mom was reading me a bedtime story, i was eating grapes and it fell out. it was a pretty big tooth and i love the tooth fairy. at the end of the book, there was a picture about this boy who became rich over me and it stuck with me. when i woke up in the morning and looked under my pillow there was a $100 bill sitting there. i was expecting 50 cents maybe a dollar, but not $100. it reminded me of the book i was reading last night and was wondering if there was any correlation to it. i know im not rich, but it is $100 i didn't have before. kinda weird but maybe it has to do with something of dreaming correlation. who knows.

 Last night I had a dream and lived a day that seemed pretty normal in my life. It seemed normal at least at first. Then I kept living the same day. It was a dream that my life was only this one day over and over and over again. I watched the movie "Before I Fall" before I went to bed which is about a girl who dies in a car crash and then magically wakes up to find herself reliving the same day over and over again until she realizes what she did wrong. I felt like I was in this movie and it was terrifying. I found it weird that I watched this movie before bed and my dream was so similar to it. I think your thoughts before bed really do affect your dreams.

 GUYS. AND GALS. I had a quite nerve-racking dream last night. My favorite pair of shoes were stolen! They are my favorite shoes because they are purple high tops and oh so cute. They match so many of my outfits, so I was devastated when I saw they were gone. They are such a fashion statement, who wouldn't be upset!? Anyway, it was just a dream... so no worries! My cute pretty purple shoes are safe.
